Our building inspector offers an extremely thorough building inspection, with the use of our Thermal Imaging Camera at no extra charge. We will conduct a property inspection that reports on previous, current and potential future issues the house may have.
Can you attend the Building Inspection?
Yes! We invite every client to attend their home inspection and talk through any concerns they have about the property with our building inspector.
Within four hours of the inspection, you will receive a digital report containing photographs of any areas of concern.
You will also receive the building inspector’s mobile number so you can so you can call them and ask further questions if needed. All the support is there for you to make the right decision on buying the right property.
What does the Building Inspector check for?
The Building Inspector will report on:
- Evidence of structural damage
- Evidence of conditions conducive to structural damage — Areas that may produce issues in the future
- Evidence of major defects
- Evidence of minor defects
- Evidence of serious safety hazards
- General wear and tear
Our Building Inspectors will also check power points, lights, fans and basic plumbing such as taps and toilets.
