Each Building & Pest Inspection team is made up of two inspectors:
- A Master Builder licensed and certified to carry out Pre-Purchase Building Inspections
- A Timber Pest Inspector licensed and certified to carry out Pre-Purchase Timber Pest Inspections

What areas of the property does the Building & Pest Inspection cover?
Provided there is safe access, the inspection can include:
- Roof top — limited to single-storey houses
- Roof and ceiling space
- Internal rooms
- External areas including decking, stairs and steps
- Subfloor area
- Outbuildings within 30 metres of the main house
- Fence line within 30 metres of the main house
- Non-structural retaining walls
- Carport and/or garage
- Driveways and paths
