Right from the beginning the Sound Building and Pest team were a pleasure to deal with. The administration team were easy to communicate with either over the phone or via email and nothing was a hassle. The inspectors sent to the property (Matt – Building Inspector and Jason – Pest Inspector) were very professional. They advised what they were doing and informed me of all possible issues no matter how small they were. They were very thorough and although the manhole was in an awkward position and the roof space quite small they made sure they accessed the area to complete a full and proper check. I would recommend Sound Building and Pest to anyone needing inspections or even looking for any work to be completed on their property.
